Agrochemical Products
We produce the best quality products with the support of our in-house R&D team. Our production units are divided into different sections such as agrochemicals - (PGR section & Crop protection chemicals section), Pharmaceuticals - (Ointments section, ORS powder section and liquid section), Protein products (Cosmetic & General sections).

Our protein production unit is built over an area covering 1500 sq. ft. having five Formulation, deodorization and storage vessels producing 500 tons of protein formulation per annum.

We manufacture a wide range of products that include

Agrochemicals	Plant protection chemicals, Amino Acid Chelates
Pharmaceuticals	Ointments, Oral Re hydration Salts, Oral Liquids
Proteins	Herbal Proteins, Coconut Milk Protein, Amla & Almond Proteins, Soya Proteins, Aloe Vera Proteins and Proteins from any other source of customers choice.

Our Company has adequate infrastructure that comprises of two manufacturing sites located in Akola, Maharashtra. The two independent plants handle separate manufacturing for agrochemicals and pharmaceuticals. Our manufacturing units are divided into different manufacturing sections. They are:

Agrochemicals manufacturing unit (Plot 15 to 18, MIDC, Seoni, Akola) - Area 8000 sq. meters.

Plant Protection Chemical Section
This Section consists of :

• Shrink tunnel
• Bottle Filling Units
• Formulation Vessels of 3 KL
• Filling tank of 5 KL
• Capping Unit
• Storage tank of 1.5 KL for formulated products
• Automatic liquid filling machine - pack sizes from 100 ml to 5 litre
• 2 Solvent storage tanks of 16 KL and 16.5 KL

Akomin Section
This section manufactures Akomin close to 150 KL per annum. Akomin manufacturing section comprises of the following facilities

• Reaction Vessels
• Filling & Packing Lines

Amino Acid Chelates Section
This section produces 300 KL of Amino Acid Chelates per annum. Production unit consists of extensive in-house facilities for formulation of Amino Acids with packing lines.

Wettable and Dust Section
This section handles different pesticide dust and WDP Formulation. The licensed production capacity is 1000 tons per annum. The production machinery in this unit includes.

• Blenders
• Weighing Machines
• Bag Filling Units
• Bag Stitching Units
• Bag Printers

Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Unit - Hi-tek Pharmaceuticals (Plot 50/52 MIDC, Phase III, Shivar, Akola) - Area 2400 sq. meters.

Ointment Section
This section can produce 150/200 tons of ointment and capable of packing 60 lac to 100 lac tubes of 20 gm per annum. We produce medicare ointment for Shreya Life Sciences on contract with a spare capacity available for other customers. This section has:

• Automatic Ointment Manufacturing plant with manufacturing, storage vessels
• Boiler facilities and DM water plant with loop system
• Automatic tube filling machine with packing lines

ORS Powder Section
This section produces oral re hydration salts in sachets of 4.2 gm with a strip of 5 sachets of 21g. This section has WHO GMP certification from FDA and can produce 80 lac sachets of 5's per annum. This unit is on Loan licence arrangement for Shreya Life Sciences. This section still has spare capacities to make ORS for other customers for domestic and international markets and can make pouch sizes and formulation standards as per Customers^™ needs depending on FDA approvals. The facilities of the ORS section consists of :

• Heating Dryer - 2 Nos.
• Shifting Machines
• Blender
• Weighing Machines
• Automatic pouch filling & packing machines - 3 Nos.
• Conveyor Belts

Liquid Section
This section can produce and pack 300 KL per annum. The facilities in this section are:

• Manufacturing vessel
• Bottle washing machine
• Bottle filling machine
• ROPP cap sealing machine
• Turn table
• Conveyor belts
• Weighing machines

Cosmetic Section
In this section protein Formulation of different concentrations and sources are produced for cosmetic and other industry needs. Licensed production capacity 500 tons per annum. Cosmetic section has facilities which include:

• Manufacturing Vessels - capacity 1 KL
• Storage Vessels - capacity 1 KL (2 Nos.) 500 Ltr (2 Nos.)
• Deodorization Vessel ( 1 No. - 600 Ltr capacity)
• Filter Press
• Weighing Machines
